Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 5 hours or less are charged 50% of the treatment price. No shows are charged the full treatment price.

Punctuality
We ask that you kindly arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time to fill in your treatment questionnaire and unwind while enjoying a cool refreshment. Should you arrive late your appointment time may be shortened.
